You earn for accepted work. Here is how that turns into a payout.
Accepted minutes
Each project states a rate per accepted minute. A recording counts once a reviewer has accepted it. Quality checks in the app are guidance; earnings are confirmed only after review.
Weekly payouts
HumanRelay sends payouts once per week for accepted work. The app shows the next payment date and expected amount when they are known.
Payment details
Bank details are required for payout, not for recording. You can sign up, choose a project and record before adding them.
Locked after submission
Once submitted, your details are locked. To change them, send an update request from the app; the change is used for payout only after Finance approves it.
For contributors in India
You will need the account holder name, bank account number, IFSC code and a clear picture of the passbook page showing them. PAN and GST details are optional.
